Blazewall has revolutionized the ducting market by providing GI ductwork on a fully automated duct line. With a CGF integral flange system, the flanges are constructed from the same sheet as the duct and are an essential component. The straight duct's longitudinal seam is sealed on the same coil line, resulting in an excellent lock seam joint.
LEAKAGE FREE:
The CGF system has a low leakage rating because it is an integral flange-type connecting system. Reduced leakage will save the client (end-user) money on energy, improve equipment efficiency, and improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Other traditional Slip flange-type joining systems will have leaks, reducing the system's efficiency.
SEALANT FREE:
The CGF flanges are made from the same material that the ducts are made. As a result, the use of sealant between the joints is permitted. It can be used in systems with low, medium, and high pressures. Other Slip flange-type joining techniques will necessitate the use of a sealant.
RIVET FREE:
The CGF Flange system eliminates the need for rivets to secure the flanges, allowing for unrestricted airflow. Additionally, because the internal surface is smooth, there is less dust gathering. Other traditional slip-on flange joining solutions will necessitate rivets to secure flanges that will puncture the duct and cause leaks. After some time, dust will accumulate around the rivets, resulting in bacterial growth.
STURDINESS:
The strength of the CGF integral flange (30 mm inherent ) allows it to employ ducts up to 3000 mm in diameter. With low joint deflection, it conforms with Low, Medium, and High-pressure vents. A double hollow profile strengthens the duct system. For big ducts of this site, other standard Slip-on flange types of the same size (30 mm) cannot be used.
