SPIRO has designed a full line of spiral-seam ducts and fittings with factory-installed EPDM rubber sealing gaskets. The sealing gasket ensures that the joints are secure and sturdy. The system meets DW 144 Class 'C' requirements [Eurovent 2.2=IV (DIN 24194)]. Once installed, the SPIRO system is leakproof and does not require any extra sealing.

The SPIRO sealing system is built around a homogeneous EPDM rubber profile. The rubber gasket is secured by an edge of a return in a groove at the end of the fitting. The rubber gasket is always retained in the correct position, thanks to this design.

PROFICIENT's spiral ducting is manufactured from galvanized steel coil, complying with DW144 and SMACNA low, medium, and high-pressure systems. PROFICIENT's spirally round ducting has a smooth interior for low friction losses with the grooved seam entirely on the outside. Available from 100 mm to 1500 mm with the standard length of 3 meters, along with the entire range of fittings. Available uninsulated or pre-insulated types as per the requirement of the user.
